Rockland Muslim Association is a community-based, non-profit organization serving families and residents in the Rockland and Clarence-Rockland area of Ontario, Canada.
Our primary mission is to provide accessible religious, educational, and community-centered programming that supports families and strengthens community bonds.
Our main activities and direct services include:
- Coordinating congregational prayers, providing structured worship opportunities for community members.
- Organizing and delivering Arabic and Quran classes for children and youth, focused on foundational reading, memorization, and understanding. These classes are provided directly to registered students from local families.
- Hosting community potluck gatherings and religious and cultural celebrations. These events are open to families and residents of the local community and aim to foster inclusion, social connection, and intergenerational engagement.
- Offering family-oriented community programming in a safe and supervised environment, particularly for children and youth.
Our services are provided primarily to families, individuals, children, and youth in the Rockland and surrounding Clarence-Rockland region. Participation is community-based and open to residents who wish to engage in our programs.
